PARKING / WILL CALL. Was a joke!
Tickets were purchased from the website, but printing them was not possible, so they had to be picked up at Will Call. The website did not mention the need to purchase parking online; it only stated the cost was $35. Upon arrival at General Parking, the customer attempted to buy parking but was informed they had to use their phone to do so within 5 minutes. Feeling overwhelmed by the technology, the customer was told to leave. A passerby in a golf cart intervened and advised them to simply park. The customer only had a receipt to show payment, as they still needed to pick up the tickets at Will Call. After a series of confusing instructions, the customer expressed frustration with the lack of options and flexibility in the ticketing process.
